You may return any unopened and unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For consumer safety reasons, we cannot accept or restock opened cosmetic goods or food goods. Custom orders, gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, please contact your credit card company and/or bank since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are using a prepaid return label from your package, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
